Policy - No refund

  • Please check your lash thickness before leaving the shop.
  • After 4 weeks, a new set is required.
  • Our lash technicians can only apply lashes that your natural lashes can handle. Lash extensions vary from client to client, and we cannot guarantee that your lashes will look like someone else's.
  • If lashes fall off more than usual, please contact us to schedule a reapply within 5 days. (after 1 week, a charge will apply based on weekly rates.)
  • Broken nails will be fixed free of charge within 5 days. (after 1 week, there is a $5 charge for each nail.)
